Concert volunteers Elyse Inukai, 34, of Gaithersburg, Md., and Rigo Benitez, 45, of Annandale cannot stand still to an upbeat song performed live by contemporary Christian recording artist Mandisa, June 22 on the plaza at Tysons Corner Center — where they danced freestyle without breaking a sweat in a cool breeze and mild outdoor temperature of 66 degrees Fahrenheit.
